You know, I was just trying to capture Astrid with the beautiful shadows and trees around her..so I clicked..and when I looked at what I got..I then saw my other 2 daughters skp/ringptwiily around in the background. I had a bit of a mommy cry right there as it was not my intention to capture them. xo
I would start off at a slow pace, slow incline for a 5-10 minutes a day until you get coarbftmole. Raise the incline for a more intensive workout. Go faster when you feel up to it. Set a comfortable angle/pace and try to increase the time you are on it. I think a half hour, 3-4 times a week, and you will start seeing a difference.
